Ulker currently serves as the Chairman of the Executive Board and
Chairman of the Board of Directors of 'Yildiz Holding A.S'
Mr.
Ulker has been the Chairman of Executive Board of 'Ulker Group' since
2000. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of 'Ulker Biskuvi Sanayi
A.S'. He has worked in exportation field in the Middle East for a
period of two years and conducted reviews in approximately 60 factories
and facilities in biscuit-chocolate-food manufacturing.
His fortune has increased in the past year by more than half a billion dollars.
'Yildiz Holding', which Mr Ulker chairs, has been prospering over the past year. It is Turkey's largest food producer.

Holdings' largest publicly traded company is named 'Ulker Biscuit';
this company's shares rose by nearly a third in 2013.
'Yildiz Holdings' also has interests in finance, venture funds, packaging, real estate, wholesale trade and personal grooming.
